Ingredients:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed graham crackers
2 cups white chocolate, melted
1 cup strawberry puree or sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, to thicken strawberry sauce)
1/4 cup shredded white chocolate or white chocolate curls for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cheesecake Base:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. - Add the Crust:
Stir in the crushed graham crackers until combined. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. - Freeze:
Place the balls in the freezer for 20–30 minutes to firm up. - Dip in White Chocolate:
Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly. - Prepare Strawberry Layer:
In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry puree (add cornstarch if you want it thicker). Let it cool slightly. - Top with Strawberry Sauce:
Spoon a small amount of the strawberry sauce over each white chocolate-coated bite. - Garnish:
Sprinkle shredded white chocolate or curls on top for a beautiful finish. - Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Tips:
You can use store-bought strawberry jam if you don’t have fresh puree.
For a festive touch, drizzle some extra melted white chocolate before adding the strawberry topping.
